Yoga Special is a distinctive online yoga format, designed to cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each 90-minute session focuses on a "peak pose," allowing for an in-depth exploration of complex asanas such as Bakasana (Crane Pose), Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), Sirsasana (Headstand), and more. Conducted live and interactively every Saturday and Sunday, these classes offer a unique opportunity to elevate your practice in the comfort and convenience of your home, guided by experienced teachers.

Every yoga special session is delivered live, ensuring real-time interaction and personalized guidance from expert teachers.


Our sessions emphasize posture correction, helping you achieve proper alignment and reduce the risk of injury while enhancing the effectiveness of each pose.


Every weekend brings a different peak pose challenge, encouraging continuous learning and mastery. 


Each session lasts for a full 90 minutes, giving you ample time to warm up, engage deeply with the peak poses, and cool down properly.
